More for Max Powers

Max, here are some additional success stories. So Sarah took a little longer to finish. She did it where the following did not get a degree.

) Bill Gates-founder of Microsoft; billionaire
2) Michael Dell-founder of Dell Computers; billionaire
3) Steve Jobs-co-founder of Apple Computers; billionaire
4) Steve Wozniak-co-founder of Apple Computers
5) David Geffen-co-founder of Dreamworks, SKG
6) Larry Ellison-founder of the database company Oracle; billionaire
7) William Hanna-of the cartoon producers Hanna-Barbera
8) Sheldon Adelson-real estate and casino owner; billionaire
9) Jack Taylor-Enterprise Rent-A-Car; billionaire

This gem brought to you buy the guy with Sarah Palin as his avatar.

So how are all those elite Ivy League grads doing?

Maybe they can use their "intellect" to figure out how to screw us faster.

The only people I trust less than Duane Woerth are mindless idealouges...

Max Power, why don't you do some homework? You obviously do not have any idea how many presidents never went to, or never finished college. Here is a list for your gradification. Hopefully you yank the gear better then you research the stupidity that comes out our mouth.

Last time I checked if you want to be hired at a major you need a degree but I guess if you want to run our country you really dont need one then. ( now thats smart!)

Re: Duane Woerth is a top contender to head the FAA

If DW were to become head of the FAA, rest requirements and duty limits will not be changed.

You are correct. If Woerth is appointed then all airline pilots are going to realize about Duane what only regional and TWA pilots seem to understand about him right now - Duane has situational ethics.

Personally, I don't think Duane has the political skills to get through the process like a Randy Babbitt, for example. But if he does make it, our consolation prize will be coming to Flightinfo and hearing Occam's Razor and PCL_128 justify Woerth's inaction on duty and rest requirements.

Old ALPA trick: if Woerth is named, look for a new "blue ribbon" panel or a comprehensive new study on duty/rest requirements that will take years.

Of course they could solicit the advice of you, Dan, and Jessee, who were so successful in your lawsuit case, right?;)
I mean after all, you girls are looking out for the industry as a whole!

PM me with your email address and I'll send you some interesting reading as to how viable the TWA pilots' case is.

Yeah, the RJDC wankers thought they had an airtight case, too. Guess how that ended up.

Your bitter anger makes me feel warm inside.

(I've got a lot of Maalox stock...)

As long as only pilots with double-digit IQ's are upset, the selection is a good one.

Woerthless will be a wonderful choice...

since only airlines occupy the sky.

He will fit in well with the Washington crowd...he was way more a politician than a pilot. And quit calling him that...it makes the rest of us look bad.

Woerth did such a fine job representing the ALPA pilots in the TWA merger, Congress had to step in and pass a fair merger bill to prevent it from ever happening again. That's Duane Woerthless...
