PC-12 gig at a 100K a year. Minimal overnights, please, so I can spend my afternoons mowing the grass on my 2000' runway (adjacent seaplane base, naturally).
Mix in some Champ flying along with that beauty of a 206 on floats, and I think I would die immediatly from happiness. :)

It used to be following you around in the smoke on a drop run.

Now it's following someone else around on a drop run.

Or sitting under the wing on a hot summer day waiting for someone to tell me to go follow someone around on a drop run.

Anything that includes the words "load and return."

ROFLMAO!!!

Avbug...that's rich!

All right boys and girls...what's your dream flying job?

Type equipment?
Route?
Company?
Location?

What say you?

Eric

All I want is good QOL eventually, earn a decent buck, and stability. Hopefully the next place I go can/will be the last. What ever happend to the times when you worked for the same company for 25+ years. Again, I hope to follow that model.

To be Britney Spear's fluff boy

That's a bit of a misnomer, really. We prefer the term "Oil Person," or more properly, "Natural Surface Reflection Enhancement Specialist."

It's not as great as you'd think.

You getting an 802 this season or back to the M-18T?

A very good question. Most of the contracts went away this year, everybody is CWN but a select few. The M18T does have a contract this year, but it's one of the few, and for me, it's probably just a relief seat this year. I did have a quasi-promise in an 802, but it went the way of the dodo. I have a couple of relief offers in 802's...but it's a dry field out there.

Too much spent on Katrina hotel rooms this year, not enough to prevent homes from burning down. I can hardly wait to see what they're going to use to fund all the hotel rooms for the persons who's homes burned down because we couldn't fight the fires because we spent too much paying for hotel rooms for all the people we didn't evacuate from nawlins. My head hurts.

I sure do........ Now if I could just get my dream to come true!! I go the PC-12 thing down (minus the great pay :bawling: ) and I'm working on the float thing.

I just spent 2 hours on the ramp freezing my arss off while repairing a friends inop strobe system, and I was loving every minute of it! I just pinched myself; nope, not dreaming.

Hmm, wow....your ability to verbalize yourself using the English language, and your obvious intellect will really bowl them over! :pimp:

Edit: Disclaimer on the above post:
Something tells me those gals dont possess the skills necessary to distinguish intellect from pilot.
