Spike: Please quit smoking the preverbial reserve bong. The initial "Dude, this is sweet" will pass with time. I like PSA and enjoy the airplane, but a 737 sounds to good to pass up.

Enjoy your time here Spikey. After 3+years, you will wish you had a 73 type or knew someone at JetBlue.

I gave up on the majors already.

"I'm a 20 year pilot with 1700 hours"

Hmmm...that's about 7 hours per month. Wish I could gain such valuable experience and fly only seven hours per month. You should be applying to NASA man! What were you thinking? Get out of the trailer park business and start shooting for the stars man! YOU CAN DO IT!

You're a funny guy! Sorry I did not get to fly the line with you!

Alaskaairlines

If you're a student pilot right now and are under 30, for god's sake change your career plans. There is no job security in the industry. You may work for 20 years for one airline and wham!....they go bankrupt and you are furloughed....or they take away the majority of your pension plan. Go to law school, or find something you're good at...cause you will regret the airline business as soon as you stay in a hotel twenty nights a month away from your main squeeze and kids if any.

But I digress......
