Hello, My clients put me in Savanna Suites near the KPDK airport thinking it was a better place then I was in,

Hot Water Was Luke Warm Not Hot,
Sheets Stained
Non Smoking Room (Smelt Like a Chain Smoker)
Very Bad Customer Service
20 min for front office to answer phone.

Paid Full Nightly Rate For 2 Nights and Received No House Keeping Service!!!! I called night number for fresh towels and see why room was not serviced the person on the other end of phone was rude, threatening, and offended that I was asking for towels then had me removed from property at 12am by the police.

Whats this world coming tooo! When one can get Removed by police from their room for complaining about not having towels!

Went as I said... The night man was very rude and then became threatening. All I wanted was clean towels. Just called Corporate they looking in to it.
