This is really an interesting concept. If you live along the I-95 corridor, you could hitchhike, or "slug" to the Pentagon Metro station, where you can take a short train ride to DCA. If your show is during the rush hour, you could save up to 2 hours by using the carpool lanes, plus it's free!

Not!

My wife and I utilized this for a couple of years...along with thousands others along the 95 corridor. It is also somewhat sanctioned by the military since signs designating which line to stand in for a specific destination are posted in the Pentagon parking lot.

Great system, just learn the rules of edicate.
