Am looking for information regarding airlines that sponsor or provide tuition reimbursement for higher education. Are any airlines providing this benefit? If so -- are the benefits common to all employees or are they limited to groups (pilots, dispatchers etc.).

You are joking right?

USA Jet provided some tuition reimbursement for my MBA, through ERAU. When you look at the taxes and other fees, the company paid about 1/3 of the tuition, up to a maximum $$$ amount per year.

It was not just for the pilots - all employees were eligible after a year of working there. Other pilots used it to get a bachelor's. I don't know about other groups, such as dispatchers and the like.
