I just finished reading another post about jet time vs PIC time, and it got me to rethink my situation.
I have 1750 hours of turbine PIC time, but it's in a Caravan. I just upgraded to SIC in the LR-35. My times are 4000 total, 1500 multi and 130 in the jet. I've been asked why I don't apply to SWA (because I keep talking about trying to getting on with them when I have the time) but I personally don't think my Caravan PIC time is going to fill the 1000 turbine PIC they are looking for. The plane is just too easy to fly. So I've been waiting till I can get the turbine pic in one of our jets. Am I waiting for nothing or are my initial assumptions correct?
Thanks
