What's the point of going to the regionals to make crap wages as an F/O with upgrade MANY YEARS away and then little prospect to get on with an airline like we were all hoping to get on with when we started our dream of being an airline pilot?

It was running 6 mnths to a year back in 2000. Took me a year on the 120.

Junior captains now are 3 to 4 years seniority with the company.

All this is dependent on growth and noone knows for sure if thats going to continue or not.
