Meat Jerkin' Beef Boys
Jan 27, 2005
Those of you that may have the January 2010 issue of Professional Pilot laying around, or stumble upon it in an FBO, as I did the other day - flip to page 57. As I was thumbing lazily through the mag, I came across this - a full page Rockwell/Collins ad that shows what looks like a picture taken through the windscreen of a plane approaching a runway nose-down, right bank. Something about the perspective in that photo gave me some sort of instant disorientation, and felt realllllly weird. I've always had a strong stomach, never been susceptible to that stuff even in the early days of instrument flying - but something about that pic threw me off for a few minutes. I even showed it to the guy I was flying with and he thought the same thing.

Just interested to see if anyone else noticed it!
Who's going to fess up to saving a copy of Pro Pilot for anything other than toilet paper?
