Director for GTE, Telops Aviation in late 90's

I am looking at a job and wonder if any of you ever worked for GTE/Telops Aviation in the late 90's. The CP for this Company used to be the CP/Director for GTE/Telops Aviation. I do not know the exact dates, so I am assuming it was in the late 90's based upon the website information. Was he a good guy and a good CP. Did he work well between mgt and the pilots to help pilots fly safe and also meet the needs of the company? I do not think I am allowed to post his name, so that is why this question might be hard to answer. Thanks for any information.

He was based in Dallas. I think he must have left around 2000 sometime as he retired to work for this company I am looking at and started with them in 2001. He became CP in 2003. Do rules let us put the initials down. I know I can't put a name. Thanks
