Would these be the same dispatchers that file for FL250 on a 75 NM flight?

I personally would have held a flight of that length to no higher than FL170 (probably closer to 100-140) depending on the equipment, payload, ect, although there is something to be said for the negative G effect when Top of Climb and Top of Decent are at the same point.
Guess another question that comes to mind is, did you sign the release accepting the terms of the release, or did you contact the dispatcher and request a more suitable flight level?
