Does NWA still do that "Dial Doug" session every other month? I worked ramp at 9E for a while last year and you could call in and voice your concerns to Doug Steenland. I always tried but could never get through, Anybody else have any luck ????
 
I was at NW for 7+ years and dailed both Richard and Doug. Call early and plan on holding for 15-20 mins. Current people only. They will verify your contact information before you speak with the snake.
