DHL is fishing for cash through incentives. I am sure there are applications to Ohio for ILN and TOL as well. Their application says they need to spend $13 million just in equipment to move back to CVG with almost $2 million given from the state. I bet they would need to spend that or more to move to TOL and nothing to stay in ILN if they donate the airpark and get landing fees waived for the value of the airpark (which would actually be a savings for them).

Time will tell what they do, but I think I will place a bet on the one that will cost them the most money. :D

Wait a minute...Ohio already gave them an A$$load of money to move to ILN, now more money to fix their mistake?

DHL: " Hey let's give them back this airport, they will think it is actually worth something and give us more money to move back to CVG which Kentucky gave us money for already!"

DHL's got nothing on AIG, Ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha, idiots!
