If the union wanted the VSP they could have had it! All they had to do was extend the deadline for the JCBA. That offer from management is a real insult. I'm glad our negotiators are smart enough to not fall for Ricci's tricks. KR hides while negotiations drag on. The next meeting with the arbitrator is July 12th. The company is trying to slow-walk again. No surprise there. The two sides are having trouble deciding which points they want to argue over. Meanwhile the transfers still at Flex are not accruing longevity. The company is responsible for damaging their relative seniority. They have no one else to blame.
