If the union wanted the VSP they could have had it! All they had to do was extend the deadline for the JCBA. That offer from management is a real insult. I'm glad our negotiators are smart enough to not fall for Ricci's tricks. With all the hype and effort put into the VSP sham, then to have his plan exposed and fail, he must really need another vacation.
 
KR hides while negotiations drag on. The next meeting with the arbitrator is July 12th. The company is trying to slow-walk again. No surprise there. The two sides are having trouble deciding which points they want to argue over. Meanwhile the transfers still at Flex are not accruing longevity. The company is responsible for damaging their relative seniority. They have no one else to blame.
 
He's not hiding. He's on vacation again. He can afford to do that with the money he saves not having to pay a industry standard wage .
