:( Well I hate to say it, but 425 million will be like a speed bump thrown if front of a runaway freight train. I don't think that it is going to save them from the dreaded BK! Good luck to all!

How foolish of me not to check with the Flightinfo Omsbudsman of threads before I posted.

I thought that adding the actual 10Q instead of just links to articles would be valuable since few, if any do that. Perhaps I insulted your intelligence and your ability to comprehend facts and figures with the depth of information I made available?
 
What is the poop on Delta's debt related to the purchase/lease of RJ's for ASA?

Will Skywest be picking up any of the debt?

If not, the benefit of selling ASA is substantially reduced. Looks like a fire sale now anyway.
