Heck--they have a terrible problem even keeping good managers without more bonuses, so it seems like the least you cheap pilots could do is chip in a little here and there.

When I worked for Midwest Express, furlough #1 happened in Nov. 2001. ANY uniform balance that you had left to be payroll deducted was taken out of your last check. For most of us, that was at least 80% of your last check. Gotta feel the love...

At least when Indy furloughed us they ate the balance of the uniform account. And I got a Sennheiser headset on that account so at least one of us made out on that deal.
