Heyas,

I believe I heard it had something to do with Mesa's capital reserve. The services agreement with Delta requires a minimum level, and Mesa has gone below it, or so I'm told.

I think the moral of the story is that Delta wants to be done with Mesa, and they're working hard to make sure it happens. When it happens to RAH, ASA, Comair and all the others, then it will be time for a cold beer.

thanks...... anyone else hear anything?

Quite simple really, attorney fees, messa doesn't have a lotta cash, the only thing more expensive than attorneys is a wicked crack habit combined with a serious taste for ex-supermodel hookers, association with either will not end up pretty.

Unless it's a divorce attorney, then you are better with the crack and hookers.

Delta is re-filing for the contract termination suit that has spent the last year in the injunction hearings. With the injunction the actual trail court must here the case.

Mesa will run out of money for high priced lawyers before Delta will. Delta can hold out much longer than Mesa. Bye bye Mesa.

Thanks @$$hole! Another shining example of the "brotherhood" we call ALPA...:uzi:

That must mean you work for Compass, Pinnacle or Mesaba? Don't flatter yourself, we're all honest regionals facing our own trials. Compass has the Delta flow back, Pinnacle has its contract debacle and Mesaba is losing all its Saabs.

Don't flatter yourself, it's always time for a cold beer! Thanks for letting us all know that you want RAH, ASA and Comair to fall by the wayside because you're dying from your unmet career expectations. As bad as you think you have it, Comair has it way worse than you buddy. They've furloughed more pilots, lost more flying and screwed more pilots than any DAL regional... Please swallow your pride.

Go ahead and drink one of those cold beers and join the club; we're in this together...
