I believe I heard it had something to do with Mesa's capital reserve. The services agreement with Delta requires a minimum level, and Mesa has gone below it, or so I'm told.

I think the moral of the story is that Delta wants to be done with Mesa, and they're working hard to make sure it happens. When it happens to RAH, ASA, Comair and all the others, then it will be time for a cold beer.

Delta is re-filing for the contract termination suit that has spent the last year in the injunction hearings. With the injunction the actual trail court must here the case.

That must mean you work for Compass, Pinnacle or Mesaba? Don't flatter yourself, we're all honest regionals facing our own trials. Compass has the Delta flow back, Pinnacle has its contract debacle and Mesaba is losing all its Saabs.

As bad as you think you have it, Comair has it way worse than you buddy. They've furloughed more pilots, lost more flying and screwed more pilots than any DAL regional... Please swallow your pride.

Then if thats true NuGuy, than you should be mad at your senior pilots who allowed regional flying to be farmed out. Your Delta MEX was asked if they wanted to incorporate regional flying into a common seniority, but regionals we're too low be associated with the real Delta. Never-mind that we do half of your flying.

Imagine all the current Delta pilots who would have not been furloughed in 911 had Delta pilots had regional seats to flow back into. You want to be mad at ASA for taking your flying, but you should be mad at the Delta pilots who made 500k a year flying nonstop green slips. I personally know one and he is so proud of his W-2s!

The DAL regionals are your whipping children now... but you, your customers and your management created us with your pride and greed.
