DELTA SCOPE 70's

I thought DCI could only have 35 or 36 70s. Comair got theirs and ASA got theirs. totally 35/36

NOw SHuttle America has 20-30 of them--whats up with that?

I believe the Agreement they signed back last year that saved the company 1 billion dollars a year, also allowed something like 76 70 seaters to be flwon at DCI.
