When is the Delta RFP due to be announced? I know it was pushed back after the Comair accident but have not heard anything since.

I believe that deadline was pushed back after the COMAIR thing.


I'm pretty curious too...this RFP could take the industry either North or South. I'm hopeful because DAL specified "Best Value" vice lowest cost. That would appear to implicity exclude Mesa from the bid.

"Best Value" criteria for DAL:

1) Least expensive.
2) Cheapest.
3) Lowest payment.
4) Smallest amount paid to "Partner."
5) Monthly check with fewest places left of decimal point.
6) When paying in cash, money will fit in envelope, not suitcase.

Did I miss any?
