Seems DAL could find an operator with equipment better suited to the task than blocking 30% of the seats on a Saab.

If DAL was run by people who had the common sense to locate thier own ass whilst utilizing all available appendages, they would have come to this same realization long ago....

-Seems like I remember some ATRs used to fly down that way.... Hmmmm.
 
It'll be a tough fight to extend the runway down there. It is easier to kill a person than a tree on HHI.

Did you used to service the lavs on those airplanes as well, sport?

I was building a longer displaced threshold for RWY 03 in HHH for my former cohorts :-)
