Here is the ruling on the non-qualified check you lost.

Many have concluded all along that the stoppage of NQ benefits was "illegal." The Appellate Court agrees and has essentially overruled the previous judge who said that she did not have the authority to allow Delta to end the non-qualified retirement payment until the plan was terminated.

Now the trick is "Do we get anything?" as a result, or does this simply end up forcing Delta's hand to terminate the DPRP and/or the Supplemental Annuity Plan and Bridge Plan?

Score one for DP3. This just gives one more reason to join. This ruling of course does not automatically mean we will get our money back, but it is a major victory, and the fight continues. Let's hope this is not a Pyrrhic victory.
