Any info on the QOL for junior Delta guys (and gals)? Just looking for some general info like junior bases, how long to hold a line, how's it being on reserve, how long until you can move out of the 88, length of trips, etc...?

QOL is great! I have been real junior for a long time (I was furloughed 2 1/2 years) I am just finishing up 11 days in a row off! I am on the mad dog, average 16 to 18 days off a month! There is a lot of growth right now soI am not sure how long to hold a line! PBS is great. I can generally get the schedule I want every month! 4 day trips are the norm, at least from my experience on the mad dog! About 22-24 hours per trip! They kind of suck, but the 767 and the 737-800 have great trips I hear. How long tomove out of the 88? New hires are getting ATL757/767 and our Chief Pilot told me yesterday a new hire got NYC 767ER! I still love Delta!~It's a great place and I think it will become even better in the future.
