I'm sorry, this has probably been discussed in other threads somewhere, but I've been so caught up with the KERRY/BUSH war this last week I haven't had time to look on Flightinfo.com much. I haven't been paying attention to the new T.A. much at all.

Again like I asked in the title:
--What is going to happen to the Delta Pilot's pension plan in the T.A.?

--I heard from someone that it is going to be shifted to a 401(k) plan?

--If this is what is happening, do you guys think this will work and do you like this plan?

--Will they simply shift the amount of money in the PENSION fund proportionately to the Delta pilots in the form of a large LUMP SUM into a 401(k)?
