Delta/Pan Am and AA/TWA - history lessons?

Could someone tell me what happened with the seniority lists when Delta and Pan Am "merged" or whatever it was called back then?

How about AA and TWA...looked like a staple

Could someone tell me what happened with the seniority lists when Delta and Pan Am "merged" or whatever it was called back then?

I believe Delta took the 762 pilot/flight engineers and started about 200 down the list a place one every 12 pilots. They took the FE's (about 75) and put them on the bottom with a date of hire at Delta as of 1 Nov 91. The B727 FE's were on the Shuttle that came over on 1 Sep 91. The way I heard it new hires were put in front of them for two months.
