Delta lawsuit?

Has anyone heard of a lawsuit filed against delta for hiring an unqualified applicant? I've heard that the HR department has been reorganized because of it!

I hope this "source" was a Flight Attendant because I would raise the BS flag if not......they know EVERYTHING!!!

Yes, didn't you see the video of the tug driver telling the 747 crew to release the breaks before hooking up the tug????? Clearly unqualified tug driver.......

So this guy hired a "person" AA/Female without a degree and lost his job, as he should of. Now all the folks that interviewed with this individual get to re interview once they start again, what I heard from a Delta check airman on my jump seat today.
