Dude, this may just be a list of approved CASS carriers for you guys but the agent showed me in the computer system that only SWA and AA have been approved for flowback. I also read it in the CA's FOM.

Nope, it's the flowback list. The CASS list says CASS, the flowback list says FLOW.... there's a lot more airlines on the CASS list then the flow list. I'm not sure why the agent would have an outdated list. AA and SWA were the originals and those started I think in June. You are right about the FOM though, that has not been updated yet. I will write an email to flight ops to address this. Our FOM updates usually come out in MAR, JUN, SEP, & DEC so I will inquire about the status of this update. Again, all I can say is tell the captain to referance the DeltaNet. If you want, PM your email and I'll email you the current list.

However I'm willing to bet you any dollar amount you wish that we do have a flowback with CAL... and that the problems lie with getting the info out to the frontline, not with not actually having the agrement.

Sorry for the hassle, I hope you get your CASS working soon as I commute on you guys all the time as well (and it's always a pleasant experience)
