Just wanted to run this by some people that have interviewed already. Day one, broken up into board interview and testing? Does the testing include cognitive testing as well as ATP/FE questions? Recommended study info? Day two, physical first or MMPI followed by shrink? Also, after all this, how does Delta notify you if you are selected or turned down and how long for the answer. Thank you.

Day 1 is the interview and the cog and aviation knowledge testing. You will do both parts even if you failed one of them
Pass this and get a conditional letter of employment.

Day 2 Fasting physical followed by the MMPI at DAL headquarters. After you finish that you take the MMPI to the Psyche office where they review it and do an eval.

No news is good news. Next time you hear from them is for a class or a letter in the mail stating to bad so sad if you have not passes. If there is an issue on any part except the psyche it is a not go. You will go to the review board for that and they will make the decision.
