You are not correct. In this particular case, the NW scale starts at less than 34K while the DL scale starts at 49K. Furthermore, most TWU dispatchers make less than the PAFCA dispatchers.
The only highly paid TWU dispatchers are at UPS, US and now Southwest. PAFCA only represents UAL, Delta and ASA. We can discount ASA for purposes of this discussion. UPS pays near 60k to start and that is the best contract going. The payscales for US, SWA, DL and UAL are fairly close, starting btwn 45-49K.
CO, NW, AA, AS all start under 40k and don't really close the gap.
