So, does Delta start Health insurance from day one? I know that at Continental you have to wait 6 months.

What is the cost at Delta for Health Insurance (premiums and such)?

For the employee it starts day one, for your family it starts when ever the paper work is received in AZ and then it takes effect one day after the next pay period.

Cost per month is either $200 or $450 pending on the type of plan chosen.

WOW....... I'm not even going to tell you what we pay at Southwest.

Hi!

At USA Jet it's $180/month for a family, but I'm assuming it's not as good insurance as DAL.

At NetJets it's $0/month. You pay the copays, and that's it-no deductables, etc.-about the best insurance deal anywhere.

You have to be kidding me... 200-450 a month? You could carry a individual plan for less.
