overhyped DoJets
>>>>It will be very interesting to see how ALPA made this agreement bankruptcy proof ( if that is even possible ). With the Dornier Jets and other obligations Delta would like to avoid, bankruptcy may still be appealing.
I doubt Delta's Ch 11 plans have anything to do with the DoJets. IF they file, of course they will try to shed the responsibility, but it won't cause or contribute to them filing. The Delta shareholder report says if Delta terminates the agreement with ACA (which they did, or will in a week I should say) they have to take over the leases or buy the planes at fair market value.
What is the value of these POS's, around 4 mil each? Big deal. Even if they have to take over payments at the original terms (not how I read it from the report, but who knows) its still not that bad.
Anyway look out Slutauqua and SkyWhore, brand scope is moments away! YEah baby, we're gonna stick your beloved Lorenzo portfolio vessel so far up in they you be cryin', I mean ALPA's dead on balls serious about it, cause they have realized the only reason ALPA was formed in the first place was to stop the portfolio concept and management's ability to shop around for the lowest cost outsource lift provider and they are fixin to man up and get 'er done union style! Just wait cause...wait a minute, the Northwest pilots just allowed what?
Okay nevermind, business as usual. Carry on.
By the way congratulations to the Delta class of 2004, who along with Leo and company will ride off into the sunset with protected millions as if none of this 9/11 slash industry downturn mumbo jumbo ever happened! 2001-2003 FAE baby! Boo Yeah!
In unrelated news, $300,000 pinkie ring sales just hit an all time high.
