Delta growing RJs at LAX

End of the year this is where 9E's CRJ 900's will fit in. They are going to handle the larger Mexico, Central America flights. They've been equipped for foreign airsspace (HF, etc.)

How far into South America are you talking? I don't think you need HF radio to go anywhere in Mexico from the West Coast. I can't see you getting to far offshore even going into Baja California on the West Coast of Mexico. I could be wrong about the need being as we have a 50 mile limitation now on the ERJ. Does 9E currently fly to any Mexico destinations?

We (ASA) opened LAX, we were here to get the loads up to where they are making money and it was our employees that were inconvenienced with yet ANOTHER base closure!
