Where could I go to read Delta's pilot contract? I am specifically interested in reading the 70 seat scope clause.

Thanks.

In summary:

Section 1

:17 Permitted A/C types - prop driven with fewer than 70 seats and max take off weight of 70,000 lbs.
:17C - one of up to 57 jet A/C with 70 or fewer seats and max takeoff weight of 85,000 lbs. The number (57) will be increased to a maximum of 75 at the rate of one aircraft for each increment of 10,000 scheduled block hours of company flying in the previous year above the scheduled block hours set forth for that year in the block hour plan set forth in Section 1 E.1 (ie prior to any resets under Section 1 E. 5. or 6). Parts 5 and 6 have to do with the excused compliance and automatic fixed reset agreements.

I'm looking for a web site that I can look at the whole contract, and possibly print out and reference from.

Thanks guys. Unfortunatly the link for the Delta contract doesn't seem to work.

Try Again....

Try right clicking the "Delta 2000" link and then left click "Save Target As..." then save the .pdf file somewhere on your computer you can find again. Open Adobe Acrobat reader. If you don't have Acrobat Reader, download it at...

http://www.adobe.com/products/acrobat/readstep2.html

Once you have Acrobat Reader open, you can then open the contract from where you saved it.

Voila!

At least it worked fine for me....

Good Luck!
