Just wondering if there is anyway Delta could become a ZED carrier. For those who don't know it is a fare agreement amongst carriers for employee travel. The list is long but Delta is not on it and I would love to see The big D on that list.

Anyone I or my employer could contact? Thanks.

Run it bye bye General Lee he will take care of it.

Not likely, Commander.

Takes money to set up, and DAL makes more money on ID90 fares than they would on ZED, and they don't give a rat's a*s about non-revs.

I hate it, too, but cheer up. Between JB, SWA, and AT, within 2 years you'll have service to just about anywhere you want to go for $30 each way. :)

you guys and Zed fares, JS, non-rev, etc...

...have you folks even bothered to check the prices of positive-space lately???

for a few bucks more, and in most cases a bunch of bucks less....you'll have your own seat and lower blood pressure to boot!

zeds are bilateral agreements between carriers. its not a state of being for an airline. you'll get a zed agreement with DL when they feel that they'll benefit from zeds on your carrier. if you're too small, forget it.

Does anyone have contact info on DL's pass bereau. I would like to contact them to try and set something up. If they are in fact ZED with NW and 9E, that is a good sign. Thanks again.
