Where the heck are they going to park 'em? The gate 11 used RJ lot? Gate 18 is getting packed, too. I've been wondering why they've never painted parking lines in there?

The gates in the international terminal seem like they'd be too high and they're too darned short to get a good angle low enough. The only place I can imagine is maybe the Song terminal??

They'll be handled on the main terminal with jetway boarding. The deck height is actually higher than a MadDog, about the same as a 738. The main door is a translating type, no fold down steps, so jetway fit won't be an issue. As for the cluster that is JFK, i can't wait :D

Yes, Started service today. DTW-SLC, SLC-CVG, and CVG-DTW. Twice a day.
The E170 are operated on the Shuttle America Certificate.

Might want to check that SLC-CVG run!
I see where there is one CVG-DTW round trip and I see 3 DTW-SLC RT's but nowhere in the next 3 days is there a SLC-CVG flight on any connection carrier.

"Im sure the main line guys will love you for doing SLC-CVG.... Have fun with that one."

Mainline aint gonna like $hit when D files for BK....

I haven't seen anything about CVG to SLC. Nope.

That was a wonderful statement. We know pay cuts are coming, and so did the 200 guys who retired today. The company supposedly has a plan in or out of Chap 11, and a lot of it involves more INTL flying where the LCCs don't fly. Some of our older planes will probably be parked, and also more than 100 50 seat RJs---supposedly. So, the DCI pilots may not be very happy either. It will be a wild ride.

Why is everyone freakin out that he put SLC-CVG? Shuttle isnt doing that route yet. Its SLC-DTW-CVG.

Sounds like we will be competing for the greeter job at WalMart there Gen.

As far as the 170 routing, not outside the realm to see them going hub to hub, DCI been at it for awhile.
