I was just stating the obvious. The rates for 70 and 90 seats suck. You blame us for those rates even though we have nothing greater than the 50 seater. You blame us for your concessions yet we only today start flying for DCI. Your company and Delta played you. They made lots of promises and have yet to come through. Promises of more planes for a pay freeze and nothing. Promises of more aircraft for concessions and you get a couple REPLACEMENT 900's.

Our pilot group was in the same position. We had CHQ come in and take 1/4 of our flying in one swoop. Did we cry and point fingers. YES. Did we take a pay cut. HELL NO!!!! If our pilot group ever takes a pay cut to undercut somebodies flying I will be the first one to call us a bunch of backstabbing sleazebags. Until then I leave that title for others.

You know I try to talk normal too you but I can't your an idiot.. I give you the pay freeze, some people fell for that as I explained, but we didn't just recently take concessions for growth as a matter of a fact we were told we were gonna lose more flying, we have a new contract because of Bk just like Delta, United, US, NW, we all got are's taken away by a judge. You guys weren't even close to be in the same boat as us, all you were about to have happen is a loss of flying because you got underbid, while we were always underbid. we were in BK so they won starting on day one of contract talks, you guys were asked we were forced... I believe you'll feel what this is like when you need to start finding homes for the planes your currently using for the branded flying, unfortunately for you by than there will be no RFP's out there except maybe some of Mesa's stuff and those companies will be looking for the prices and your company will come too you and say cuts or this company is gone. You watch how quick all the 21 yr olds at your company fall for that.

It is attitudes like this that are the problem. Don't blame your fellow pilots for the decisions of management who are only out to make themselves rich. It is a myth to think that pilot pay rates make the difference in how well a company performs. Just look at Southwest, their pilots are now the highest paid in the industry for 121 airlines, and yet they fly smaller planes and still make money. The pilot pay is not the factor that decides how well a company performs.
