Whats the deal with Republic's DCA base from a new hire perspective?

Junior/Senior?
Aircraft Types?
Type of Trips?
Morale?

1. for the most part junior - although as a newhire it looks like you could get any base (DCA, PIT or IND) but DCA is the largest.

2. E-170 only

3. 1 day to 4 day trips - usually just commutable on one end, some (a few) on both ends and some not at all.

4. Some happy, some sad, some somewhere in the middle.
