Freeway Airport (W00) in Bowie, MD is looking for flight instructors. Full time mostly, but will probably take part time help as well. Flight time is about 100 hrs/ month and the pay is good...generally between $16-$20/hr depending on your ratings. Marginal multi time but plenty of single engine time. Spent a year there and got 1200 ASEL time and 75 AMEL time. Good group of people-- good customers. No uniforms and TCAS and Weather onboard all planes.
