VOTED NO!

737,

Law school is indeed a stone beeotch, and I will admit that I'm using my brain more now than I ever have - until it hurts, actually. I really am happy to have this opportunity, though I'm working WAY harder than someone my age probably ought to...

It's 11:20 on a school night and my break's over. Still have 20 more pages of Torts cases to read and brief before bed.

BTW... thanks man, for voting no.

Best,

Felix

Will you ever help out your fellow pilots when you get your degree, pro bono? Good luck with your new career.

Ain't gonna do any clerkin'. I'm working toward the J.D. in order to take advantage of opportunities that have been sitting in front of me for a while.

I wouldn't say that I was ever abused by DAL. It just turned out to be a suck place to work - for me, that is. And most of my buds who remain at DAL are very unhappy and are looking hard to find something else to do. Most are F/O's approaching middle age who feel that a job at DAL is very much a dead-end.

My original point is that a job with DAL is no longer a career, nor is it my belief that it soon will be again. I urged those seeking a job at DAL to do some due diligence before leaving a situation that might be more rewarding long-term, as I believe that there are many more satisfying aviation (and for some, non-flying) employment opportunities out there.

Very cool that you're happy at FedEx, man. Thanks for the good words.

Best,

Felix

374. That number has gone down a little, but it is still fairly close. Most were for mil leaves. They have ten years from the date of furlough to come back. It is a great deal.

Thanks, ACL65.
Could someone help with a link to DAL's retirement numbers until year 2033, please? Or PM.
Having hard time (or just too lazy) finding it in the search.

Thanks a lot.
