Lumberg, what you don't know can just about fill up the universe. First of all, the tanker has no nav. Second of all, I have a while before I retire, so I have not been turned down by Delta. Finally, what makes you think I would want to work at DAL? Crumby work rules, pay cuts....man...sounds like fun.

I work with reservists that are Delta guys. A young pilot in my squadron asked one of them if he'd help him get on at Delta and the Delta guy said, "I'd have to ask you to get your head examined first. Why would you want to work here."

Sorry to burst your bubble bro. A decade ago, you were the cat's meow...now you are a stepping stone to FedEx, UPS, and SWA. Sorry man. That's the facts. Perhaps if you stand up for yourselves and get your money back (which I think you are more than entitled to) then maybe you'll be the SWA of the 121 carriers. But for now, I'll just wait until I retire. If I can't get on at SWA, then I'll collect a paycheck at Delta until I can get the big money at one of the major players.

Good luck with the merger. Don't let them staple you.
Dude you are such a tool you will probably never get hired. Tell you what, you pm me your name and I will hook you up a Delta.

Naw see you got it all wrong, didn't get the interview because I didn't apply, yes I know I am one of the few, but you guys really make me sick. I couldn't look myself in the mirror if I attempted to work for Delta because for the last four years I have seen how the majority of you folks act, and I just don't think I could be happy flying with such arrogant asses. Now let me clarify, I have met some really great Delta guys and gals, that are straight up good people, but most I have met, have been asses. I think most of the pilots on this board will agree.

This aint a popularity contest (although I recently won the "sexiest poster" award by a landslide!), and most of us are on here to learn something (I am always ready to teach), debate (I am a Mass Debator), or just laugh (you need to do that more). By the way, most Delta people are nice and you would be lucky to join.

Bye Bye--General Lee

Slinky, don't get mad at me that someone put in a bad internal rec for you at SWA. Don't worry, I'm not planning on going to Delta. And if I do, it won't be for long (hopefully).

It's o.k., consider yourself validated. No need to carry that chip on your shoulder and feel threatened.

My apologies about the nav...I stand corrected...I had Herc tanker on the brain......

Strange thing happens when you do get hired at Delta or where ever you feel is unfit for you or your standards, the lure of seniority starts to cloud your vision. As you get into year two and the phone doesn't ring, suddenly, where you pitched your tent is now THE place to be. Leaving your spot to be a new-hire elsewhere becomes a stretch.....

You chiming in on the airline industry is about as stupid as me teaching loadmasters at Altus.....Neither of us know what the F we are talking about.....

Finally, something I think everyone on this forum can agree with! From the General to Instructordude (who may actually be the same person) none of us know what the f we are talking about.

Does common sense make DAL and UAL a good match? Probably not, but if common sense was common then everyone would have it.

clearly, common sense is one virtue (along with intelligence, looks, talent, and game) that you are sorely lacking. like my old boss woody would say, have fun in the regionals, bud.

i wonder which group will be the first to decertify after the seniority list comes out. Will it be DAPA (delta airlines pilot association) or UAPA? Start filling out those cards boys!!! Welcome to the party...

Does it make common sense for me to be vsiting your old lady in your trailer(BTW, tire's flat again)? Probably not! It makes much more sense to leave her in that circus act where she belongs! But like you said, if common sense was common, everyone would have it!

Don't pay any attention to this 737 puke, he just has short man and small penis syndrom. He's trying to make up for it by telling everyone he can he's a Big bad delta pilot, like anyone gives a damn. You smell my crap in your lav yet 737 puke. Gotta go now, I'm on day 3 of 4 with a broken airplane so I'm going to go play some golf now. See ya Puke!

That's now what your mom said last night, but then again, she had a hard time talking with her mouth full!

And don't you forget that, lav rat!

Hey did you get done scrubbing that toilet yet?
Who gave you permission to use the fbo computer?
No more darwin awards for you sport. Now remember, when playing with balls, make sure they're not attached to your captain!!

You have some real F'n issues. Everytime you post on here you insult someone to make yourself feel better. You delta pilots are a bunch of ass clowns and think the world revolves around you. News flash buddy, knowbody gives a damn that you're a big ole delta pilot, except maybe those little girls you try to pick up. I'm done with you. Good luck with your career at delta, it obviously the only thing you have in your life. Could you guys stop sounding like idiots on the radio saying deltas, your F'n call sign is delta not deltas. You are now on my ignore list Puke!

General, The tires are NOT flat! That's a low blow. But, speaking of common sense...it probably doesn't make sense for me not to wear a condom when I'm with your old lady. But, she said she was on the pill...so I'm probably good.
