1. The company commits to a recall schedule for the remainder of 2005.
At least 100 pilots, with a minimum of 10 pilots per month, will be recalled
from May through December (16 pilots are scheduled for recall in May, with a
planned recall of 20 for June). This is subject to the standard force
majeure clause or to a reduction in block hours due to the parking of any
additional aircraft subsequent to the already announced 14 B-737s.
