Could someone post what the raises are on a percentage basis for the annual contractual raises at DAL. Also what is the percentage raise you get for longevity each year? I know they may differ for each type, but a rough percentage would be great if anyone has it for the 88 and 75/6. Just looking at earnings potential over the next 5 years. Do you also get the 2% match in the 401K plus the 9% DC match from day one or does that phase in based on longevity? Thanks....

The contractual raise for the next two years is a minimum of 1.5% and a max of 6%, depending on the profitability.

For the raises based on longevity, I would just go to Airlinepilotcentral.com and look at the rates for Delta. They are rounded to the nearest whole dollar, but otherwise accurate.

I don't think you get the 2% 401K match until a year, but pretty sure you get the 9% DC contribution from day one.

Just a minor correction, it is a 2% contribution not match. Whether you contribute to your 401k or not, you still get the 2%.

Just a small correction, you get a 2% 401k contribution not match. You get the 2% contribution whether or not you put any funds of your own into the 401k.

So do you get that immediatley or is there a wait? Also what does the health and dental set you back per month for a family?
