I was in line with a DAL FO in ATL. He told me they got the back openned up to JS as part of their "deal". But he didn't have a time line. Any body else hear this and if so... WHEN!!!!!!!!!

Commutin' 4 life

Yes, but the time hasn't been announced yet. Delta is slowly talking to each airline individually to set up flow thru jumpseats----why? I don't know. But, supposedly it will happen. CASS will start in AUG I believe.

Bye Bye---General Lee

General:

For what it's worth ... my latest FOM Revision has DAL listed as UNLIMITED ... meaning multiple jumpseat.

It's been a long road ... I remember offering the jumpseat to DAL pilots when they couldn't reciprocate ... not out a lack of desire on their part but the fact that DAL management would not permit the Captain to offer the jumpseat to anyone ... including DAL pilots.

Best of luck getting your furloughed pilots back in uniform soon.

PSL,

Thanks for allowing us to have the jump pre-96 contract. I hope you are right about the unlimited jumps being available now. I will have to call my Chief Pilot here in ATL tomorrow and ask to make sure. I hope you are right.

General.....let us know

I noticed last week that our SWA jumpseat section has unlimited seats for Delta now. General, can you tell us the start date for SWA.

Tnx

What kind of dress code is in force at DAL for non-uniformed/off-line js? Also, how about for ASA and Comair?

Thanks

It should be business casual. Khakis and a polo style shirt will get you on an ASA flight.

Thanks for the info. Is there anything in the FOM about the Citrus folks. I commute out of SDF every week and fit the bill for a $120 ID90. Im getting ready to buy another, do I need to?
