DAL Non-Rev Phone Number?

I was given (800) 325 - 7123 as Delta's Non-rev number. This number was given by a ticketing agent when I called Delta's main reservation number (800) 221-1212. However, I think this phone number (800) 325-7123 is for Delta employees only. Does anyone know Delta's non-rev number if you are interrested in checking loads, etc. ... if you work for another airline? Btw, I was on hold over 30 minutes and had to endure Delta's torturous voice system...thanks for the excellent customer service Delta.

We don't have a number to check loads unless you work for the company. If our customer service is so bad, there are plenty of other carriers that may fit your non-revenue needs.
