From the December Category list we have:

282 on Military leave
82 on personal leave
343 still listed as furlough but I believe that includes people that bypass as on furlough as we will be through the furlough list in January.

This is coming from an RJ F/O who has zero 121 PIC time and has been in the right seat maybe a year. That in itself is comic relief right there.

Alright bud, I'll make a deal with you...when I finish IOE - I'll ask you to help me out and show me the real in's and out's of airline flying. You'll do great! Just don't get down on the first few months. Comuting, reserve, flying with bad Capts, etc...it sucks! It gets better as time goes on. Scrapdog will be the king!
