I just came across this on Pprune.org 46K euros for a CRJ type rating and 500 hours in the right seat.

Is this what we will be in for if the DOT allows foreign ownership of US Airlines?!

Sounds to me like Ryanair is getting some CRJs. Sounds like the typical scheme O'Leary would come up with.
