I agree it looks like sparks, but it is smoke with the setting sun shinning on from the back.
 
Must have been a 250 hour blowjet wonder pilot landing the plane
 
The sparks are the result of a landing with one main tire flat (usually the inboard) per the manufacturers certification.
 
Promotional video ... smoke would not convince anyone to buy one. Try touch down smoke gleaming in the smoke at the end of an RJ pilot's day (or perhaps tears at the pay for that day)
