Dont listen to these guys. They are liars. The numbers represent the respective age of your flight attendant, in years older than you, on top. And their weight, in tenths on bottom.
So, in this example. Say youre 25. Your flight attendant would then be 77 years old, and weigh 230 lbs. Look it up. Its in your POH.
I was told that the upper number represents the hightest obstacle in the depicted range. The lower number represents something that the instructor was unsure of.
It's the lowest elevation (darkest shade of green) being painted.
