The FO probably got distracted taking his iPod out of his backpack during the takeoff roll.

Betcha anything it was ice related. For an RJ to just wing dip on takeoff says the wing stalled on takeoff, or windshear. With all of the problems the Challenger has had with crashes due to taking off with ice on the wings, this is the most likely culprit.
